On April 4th , 2007 the Yemeni cultural center in Cairo hosted a poetic evening by Egyptian poet Abdul Rahman Yusuf.
The evening was attended by an audience from all ages and different Arab countries, including the famous Palestinian poet Haron Hashim Rasheed who is known as "the poet of the Palestinian resistance" and was met by a huge welcome from Yusuf and the audience.
Yusuf recited some of his poems such as "dead with no graves" and "levels of blue color" along with his new poem "writing the history of tomorrow"
The evening also included a demonstration of Yusuf's new video clip "playing hide and seek in qana" which he wrote, composed and recited.
The evening lasted more than two hours and was enjoyed by everyone, including Rasheed who praised Yusuf's poems and talent.
